Gin & Honeytiser Himbeer-Float

Ingredients, this is how it works

	ice cubes
4 cl	gin
	Add HONEYTISER to fill up the glass
1	Kugel Himbeersorbet on Top
Decoration	Mint leaves & fresh raspberries

This is how it works

Add all ingredients except for the lemonade and champagne to the shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a Syrah glass with ice. Top up with HONEYTISER and champagne and garnish.
Optionally, you can leave out the champagne for the non-alcoholic version.
