Ingredients, this is how it works

½	lime cut in 8 add to glass
4	mint leaves add & grind in the glass
	Fill glass have way with crushed ice
4cl	gin add
	Stir with long bar spoon
about ½ can Decoration	Add HONEYTISER to fill up the glass Slice of lime & mint leaves

This is how it works

Add all ingredients except for the lemonade and champagne to the shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a Syrah glass with ice. Top up with HONEYTISER and champagne and garnish.
Optionally, you can leave out the champagne for the non-alcoholic version.
